We measure your roof from satellite imagery. If you would rather have us on the roof, we come out in person.

Scope and price
You get photos, a recommendation and a written scope with a price range.

Tear-off to dry-in
Old roofing off, deck checked, underlayment and flashing down the same day.

Final walk
Shingles on, ridge vented, yard swept with a magnet. We walk it with you.

Is the online number a real price?
It is a ballpark built from your footprint and pitch. We can firm it up into a written estimate from satellite imagery, with no visit needed. If you want someone to look at the roof in person, we will. It is not a contract until you approve the written scope.
Will a salesperson show up unannounced?
No. We do not have to come out at all. We can give you an estimate from satellite imagery, and we visit in person only when you ask for it.
How do I compare this against other bids?
Compare the same scope: underlayment, starter strip, flashing, ventilation, cleanup and the shingle line. Our written scope lists each one so the comparison is fair.
What if I am not ready to decide?
That is fine. Take the photos and the written scope home and decide when you are ready. If nothing is actively leaking, there is no rush.
What warranty comes with the work?
Every RookHaven roof comes with a 10-year workmanship warranty covering our installation. Manufacturer warranties on the shingles apply separately.
